Five words

Operator
A computer that votes for new blocks to make them permanent. The Network page calls it a finalizer.
Staking
Locking coins to an operator, from your own wallet. Still yours; you can unstake. New stakes go in during a window that opens regularly. The Network page says bond.
Permanent
A block is permanent once operators holding two thirds of stake have voted for it. It cannot be undone after that. The Network page says final.
The 13 line
Anyone holding more than a third of the stake, alone or as a group, could stop blocks becoming permanent. That is why spread matters.
cTAZ
The coin on this test network. Not real money.
